About PSD to JPG
PSD to JPG is the fastest way to share a design for review. Clients, managers and friends rarely have Photoshop, and a PSD attached to an email is heavy and unreadable for them. A JPG of the flattened design opens on any phone or computer and is small enough to send in a chat. For EPS or SVG artwork, look in Image Converter, which covers those formats too.
The JPG is made from the merged image stored in the PSD, so it shows every visible layer combined. JPG can't be transparent, so empty parts of the canvas get the Background color you choose, white by default. Quality starts at 90. If the file was saved with Maximize Compatibility switched off, it has no merged image to convert, and re-saving it in Photoshop with that option on fixes this.
