About JFIF to JPG
JFIF to JPG fixes a small but annoying Windows quirk, where images you save from a browser end up with a .jfif ending instead of .jpg. The picture inside is an ordinary JPEG, yet upload forms, older apps and some phones reject the unfamiliar extension. Pictures saved as .avif run into the same refusals, and AVIF to JPG fixes those.
Upload the .jfif file and you get a proper .jpg back, saved at the Quality you choose, 90 by default. Renaming the file by hand often works too, since the format is the same, but that's awkward on a phone or when Windows hides file extensions. The image is saved as a progressive JPG, which browsers can start showing before the whole file has loaded.
