AI Tools: questions and answers

Which AI models do you use?

We combine our own open-source models for images, speech and OCR with leading language models for translation and writing. On our Chinese site we only use models that are registered for public use in China.

Is my document used to train AI?

No. Your file is used only to produce your result and is deleted one hour later. Our providers are not allowed to keep it or train on it.

How many AI tasks can I run?

Visitors and free accounts can try the AI tools a few times. VIP plans include a monthly allowance of AI credits, from 200 to 500 a month.
