Billing questions
What counts as one task?
One click on the process button is one task. Tools that combine files, like Merge PDF, count once however many files you add. On other tools the free plan handles one file per task, while VIP runs up to 50 files as a single task. Tools that run entirely in your browser don't count at all.
Will I be charged again automatically?
No. Every VIP plan is a one-time payment for a fixed period of one month, six months, a year or lifetime. Nothing renews by itself. When a plan ends your account goes back to the free plan, and buying again adds the time on top of what you have left.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not happy, write to us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full.
What are AI credits?
AI tools such as document translation, summaries, speech to text and background removal use credits. Each VIP plan includes a monthly allowance, shown on the plan card. Credits reset every month.
Which payment methods can I use?
Credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, depending on your country. Prices include VAT where it applies.
