By using cubfile.com ("Cubfile", "the service") you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Cubfile provides online tools to convert, edit, organize, secure and translate files. We may add, change or remove tools at any time.

2. Your content

You keep all rights to the files you upload. You allow us to process them only to produce the result you asked for. You confirm that you have the right to use every file you upload and that it does not break any law or anyone else's rights.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Cubfile to process illegal content, remove protection from files you are not allowed to open, remove other people's watermarks, send spam or malware, overload our systems, or resell the service without our written permission.

4. Free use and limits

Visitors can try the tools a limited number of times, and free accounts get a daily number of tasks and a maximum file size, as shown on the pricing page. We may change these limits to keep the service fair and reliable.

5. VIP plans and payments

• VIP plans are one-time payments for a fixed period: one month, six months, one year or lifetime. They never renew automatically, and we never charge you again unless you buy again.
• Buying another plan before the current one ends adds its time on top. When a plan ends, your account returns to the free plan.
• Refunds: if you are not happy, contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.
• A price change never affects a plan you have already bought.

6. Availability

We work hard to keep Cubfile fast and reliable, but the service is provided "as is". Always keep a copy of important originals.

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will email account holders before it takes effect.
