Everyday Office: all 9 tools
One window for the whole job
The Online Excel Editor has formulas, sorting and filters, charts, subtotals and print settings, with merging, splitting, removing duplicates and comparing sheets built in. The Photo Editor crops and adjusts, cuts out and replaces backgrounds, removes watermarks, adds text and stickers, makes collages and ID photos, and converts as it saves. The Online Word Editor lays pages out on real paper sizes, with headings and contents, tables, headers and page numbers. The Online PDF Editor changes the page's own text, adds comments, signatures and stamps, fills in forms and sorts pages, then saves a PDF or converts it to Word or pictures. The Regex Assistant writes, tests and explains regular expressions, and extracts, replaces, handles many files and turns patterns into code in one window. The Online Text Editor edits text, HTML and code in tabs like a desktop editor: any encoding, regex replace, sorting and de-duplicating lines, and a live HTML preview. The Article Formatter lays out articles for WeChat with themes, one-click tidying and a check before publishing, then copies them or exports pictures and cards. The Mind Map Maker mixes ten structures branch by branch, with an outline view, presenting and a recite mode; it opens and saves .xmind and exports Word, pictures and PDF. The Online PPT Editor builds slides from layouts with 12 one-click themes, transitions and animations and a layout check, presents with a presenter view and laser pointer, and opens and saves .pptx.
At home on a computer and a phone
Every editor has a phone layout: the functions sit in a bar at the foot and open from below, with full screen, landscape and two-finger zoom. On a computer, press Alt+/ (Ctrl+K in the spreadsheet) and type what you want to do.
Where your files stay
Spreadsheets, photos and Word documents open and save in your browser and are not uploaded; the PDF editor uploads once when you save or convert. Unsaved changes are kept as a draft in your browser, so you can carry on next time.
