About Rotate PDF
Rotate PDF pages that open sideways in every viewer, like a landscape table inside a portrait report or a scan fed in upside down. Press Straighten and the pages lying on their side or upside down are found by the direction their text runs, then turned in the thumbnails at once. Scanned pages have no text to go by, so they're read with text recognition when you apply and turned upright too. The result lists the pages that were straightened automatically, and if every page was already upright, it says so and changes nothing.
You can also turn pages yourself: the two arrows on each thumbnail turn that page 90° left or right, Rotate left and Rotate right turn every page at once, and Reset undoes it all. Rotating the view in a PDF reader only lasts until you close it, but here the change is written into the file, so the pages open the right way for everyone you send it to. Nothing is redrawn, and each page keeps its text and image quality. Scans with wide white borders can be tidied up afterwards with Crop PDF.

Why use Cubfile for this
- Automatic straightening
Straighten stands sideways and upside-down pages upright by the direction of their text, and reads scanned pages to do the same.
- Page by page or all
Fix one upside-down scan without touching the rest, or turn the whole file in a single click.
- Saved permanently
The orientation is stored in the PDF, not just in your viewer, so it stays fixed on every device.
- No quality loss
Pages are turned, not re-rendered, so text stays searchable and images stay sharp.
