About Compress PDF
Compress PDF files that are too big to attach or keep bouncing off a portal's size limit. Most of the weight in a PDF sits in its pictures: scanned pages, photos, screenshots. This tool resizes and recompresses those images and leaves text, fonts and vector drawings alone, so words look just as sharp at any zoom. Duplicate objects are merged and page content is packed tighter as well.
Pick one of three levels. Recommended suits most documents. Extreme gives the smallest file and also strips metadata, at the cost of softer pictures, while Light keeps images closest to the original and saves a little less. When a PDF is already lean and can't get smaller, you get the original back instead of a bigger copy.

Why use Cubfile for this
- Text stays vector
Only embedded pictures change. Headings, body text and charts drawn as lines look exactly as before.
- Three clear levels
Extreme, Recommended and Light trade image quality against file size in predictable steps.
- Line art stays lossless
One-bit scans and simple graphics with four colors or fewer keep their exact pixels, so fine lines don't blur.
- Never bigger than before
If a file can't be reduced, the original comes back unchanged rather than a larger copy.
