About Edit PDF Metadata
Edit PDF metadata so a file shows a proper title in browser tabs and search results instead of something like "Microsoft Word - final_v3.docx", or so the author field names your company rather than someone's old username. Fill in Title, Author, Subject and Keywords. Only the fields you fill in change; empty ones keep their current values.
Tick Remove all other metadata before publishing a file or sending it outside the company. It clears the rest of the document information, such as the app that created it, dates and the embedded XMP record, leaving only what you typed plus a producer tag. Pages and content are not touched. Before you publish the file, Compress PDF can make it quicker to download.

Why use Cubfile for this
- Four key fields
Title, author, subject and keywords, the details readers and search engines show.
- Change only what you type
Empty fields leave existing values alone, so you can update just the author.
- One-tick cleanup
Remove creator apps, timestamps and XMP data before a file goes public.
- Content untouched
Only the properties change; pages, fonts and images stay the same.
