About Flatten PDF
Flatten PDF files once a form is complete or a review is finished. Filled-in fields still behave like input boxes in most readers, so anyone can overwrite an answer. Flattening draws every field and annotation into the page itself: typed answers, ticked boxes, highlights, comment icons and stamps.
The result looks the same on screen but can't be changed with a PDF app's form or comment tools. Use it before sending a signed application, archiving a contract or uploading to a portal that rejects interactive PDFs. The flattened copy is saved with _flat added, and the original stays as it was.

Choose the completed form or reviewed document, or drop it on the page.

Why use Cubfile for this
- Forms and comments together
Fields, checkboxes, highlights, notes and stamps all become part of the page.
- Looks exactly the same
Everything keeps its position and appearance; it just stops being editable.
- Whole document at once
Every page is flattened in one pass, however many fields it has.
- Clear feedback
If there's nothing to flatten, you're told instead of getting an identical file.
