Do codes from this QR code generator expire?
No. They're static, so the link or text is encoded directly rather than routed through our server, and they work as long as the content itself is valid.
How do I make a Wi-Fi QR code?
Choose Wi-Fi, enter the network name (SSID) and password, and pick WPA, WEP or nopass for an open network. Guests scan it with their camera and join without typing. To label it for guests, add a line of text to the PNG with Add Text to Image.
Can the QR code generator add a logo without breaking the scan?
Yes. With a logo the error correction switches to level H, which tolerates about 30% damage, and the logo covers less than that. Test with your phone before printing.
Why is the SVG different from the PNG?
The SVG uses square modules and leaves out the logo, which keeps it simple for print shops and design software. Use the PNG if you need rounded dots or the logo.
Is anything I type sent to your server?
No. The code is built in your browser, so links, Wi-Fi passwords and contact details stay on your device. It's free and doesn't count toward any task limit.
