About GIF Maker

This GIF maker turns still pictures into a moving one: product photos from every angle, a step-by-step tutorial, a flipbook of drawings, or a short slideshow of a trip. Add the images, drag them into order, then set how long each frame stays on screen and if the animation loops forever or plays once. Pictures cropped to the same shape first, for example with Crop Image, fill the frame best.

Choose the width, from 64 to 1280 pixels with 480 as the default, and the height follows the first picture. Images with a different shape are fitted in without stretching. Tick Crossfade under More options to blend smoothly from one picture to the next. Save as GIF for chat apps and email, or as animated WebP or PNG, which aren't limited to the 256 colors of a GIF.

Does the GIF maker add a watermark?
No. The animation contains only your pictures.
Is the GIF maker free, and how many pictures can I add?
It's free for 2 tasks in total without an account and 2 a day with one, and each animation is one task. VIP removes the daily limit and takes up to 50 pictures per task. More frames and a larger width mean a bigger file.
Should I choose GIF, WebP or APNG?
GIF plays everywhere, including email and older apps, but is limited to 256 colors. Animated WebP and APNG look better and play in current browsers.
How do I make the file smaller?
Lower the width, use fewer frames, or run the result through Compress GIF, which can reduce colors and drop frames.
Are my pictures kept on your server?
Only for an hour, then they're deleted along with the animation. Uploads are encrypted, and we don't look at or share them.
