About Add Border to Image
Add a border to an image when a product photo needs white space to sit nicely on a marketplace, a screenshot needs a frame before it goes into slides, or a picture should look like a print with a white mat. Choose the width in pixels and the color, and the frame is added around the outside, so none of the picture is covered.
A 1000 × 800 photo with a 20-pixel border comes back at 1040 × 840. Set a corner radius for a softer, app-style look, and tick Add a soft shadow to lift the picture off the page. With rounded corners or a shadow the result is a PNG, so the area outside stays transparent. Otherwise the original format is kept. If the PNG turns out large, Compress Image can make it smaller.

Why use Cubfile for this
- Frame outside the picture
The canvas grows, so edges and text near the sides stay visible.
- Any width and color
From a hairline to 400 pixels, in the exact color you pick.
- Rounded corners
A radius of up to 500 pixels, with the area outside the curve left transparent.
- Soft drop shadow
A gentle shadow below the frame makes screenshots look like cards.
