About Excel to Word
Excel to Word is for reports, proposals and appendices where a table from a spreadsheet has to sit in a document: a budget in a grant application, a price list in a quote, survey results in a thesis. Upload an XLSX, XLS or CSV file and every visible sheet becomes a native Word table you can edit, restyle and keep typing around. When a picture of the table is enough, for a slide or a chat, Excel to Image makes one.
Values appear the way Excel shows them, with thousands separators, decimals, percentages and dates formatted, and formulas give their results. Bold, italics, text and fill colours, alignment and merged cells come across, hidden rows and columns are left out, and column widths follow the sheet. The header row repeats on every page. Wide tables switch to landscape automatically, or you can choose Portrait or Landscape.

Each sheet is turned into a Word table on our server.
- 4Download the .docx
Open it in Word, WPS or Google Docs and carry on editing.
Why use Cubfile for this
- Editable Word tables
Real table cells you can type in, sort and restyle, not a pasted image.
- Formatting that matters
Number formats, bold and italic text, colours, alignment and merged cells are kept.
- Fits the page
Column widths follow the sheet, text shrinks slightly for wide tables, and the header row repeats on each page.
- One document, all sheets
Several sheets become several tables, each introduced by its sheet name.
