Upscale image files with the AI Image Upscaler, which enlarges a picture without the blur you get from ordinary resizing. Stretching a small image in an editor only spreads the same pixels further apart, while the AI predicts the missing detail, so edges stay clean and textures stay crisp. It's handy for printing a small photo, reusing an old logo or making a low-resolution image fill a large screen.

Choose Enlarge 2× or 4×, then set Picture type. Photo suits real-world shots, while Anime / illustration is for drawings, cartoons and flat artwork, where clean lines matter most. Upload JPG, PNG or WebP. The added detail is generated by the AI, so it can't reveal things the original never showed, such as a blurry number plate.

How big can the AI Image Upscaler make my picture?
Up to 4× its width and height, so a 500-pixel image becomes 2000 pixels wide. 2× is there too if you only need a moderate boost. To add more scene around the edges for a new aspect ratio instead, try the AI Image Extender.
Is AI upscaling really lossless?
Not in a strict sense. The AI adds detail it predicts from the picture, which looks sharp and natural, but it can't recover information that was never captured.
Which Picture type should I choose in the AI Image Upscaler?
Photo for pictures from a camera or phone. Anime / illustration for cartoons, drawings, game art and logos with flat colors and clean lines. If a photo is blurry rather than small, the AI Photo Enhancer sharpens it and restores faces.
Is there a free allowance?
