About Visio to PDF
Visio to PDF is for flowcharts, org charts, network diagrams and floor plans drawn in Microsoft Visio. Visio is sold separately from Office, so most of the people you send a .vsdx or .vsd file to can't open it. A PDF can be viewed on any phone or computer and printed.
Upload the VSDX file, or an older VSD, and download the PDF. It's also handy for adding a process diagram to a report, a tender or a staff handbook where only PDF is accepted, and it keeps the diagram safe from accidental edits while it's passed around. If the report itself is a Word file, Word to PDF converts it the same way.
