About PDF to Excel
PDF to Excel saves you from retyping bank statements, price lists, invoices or research tables. Upload the PDF and every table becomes an Excel table with the same rows and columns, including merged cells, shaded cells and bold headers. Tables drawn without lines are picked up from the way the text lines up. If you need the text around the tables as well, PDF to Word converts the whole document.
Numbers arrive as numbers, not text, so SUM and filters work right away. Percentages stay percentages, decimals keep their places, and long strings such as phone or account numbers stay as text instead of turning into 1.38E+10. Each table gets its own sheet named after its page. If you'd rather scroll one list, tick Put all pages on one sheet.

Why use Cubfile for this
- Numbers you can calculate with
Amounts, percentages and thousands separators are stored as real values with a matching number format.
- Merged cells and shading
Cells that span rows or columns stay merged, and filled header cells keep their colour.
- Scanned tables read by OCR
When a PDF has no text layer, its tables are recognised from the page images automatically.
- Nothing gets lost
If a file has no tables at all, its text is exported line by line so you still get the content.
