About PDF to PowerPoint
PDF to PPT is for the deck that only came as a PDF, when you need to present it, fix a typo on slide 12 or reuse a few pages in your own presentation. Every page becomes one slide in a PPTX, and the slide size matches the page. After your changes, PowerPoint to PDF turns the deck back into a PDF.
The text is placed in editable text boxes in the same position, font, size and colour as in the PDF. Everything else on the page, such as photos, charts, lines and background shading, is kept as a picture behind the text, so the slide looks right but those parts can't be edited one by one. The text of each page is also copied into the speaker notes. Scanned pages come through as pictures only.

Why use Cubfile for this
- One slide per page
The deck keeps the page order of the PDF, and the slide size follows the page size.
- Editable text in place
Titles, paragraphs and table text sit in text boxes where they were, with their fonts and colours.
- Page text in the notes
The speaker notes of each slide hold the text of its page, handy for rehearsing or copying.
- Faithful background
Pictures, charts and shapes are drawn into the slide background, so nothing goes missing or shifts.
