About CSV to PDF
CSV to PDF is for data exports that need to be read, printed or attached rather than edited, such as an order list from a shop system, a class roster, a bank export or a log. Open a CSV in a text editor and it's a wall of commas, so this lays it out as a proper table: columns sized by their content, numbers right-aligned, the header row repeated on every page, Page 3 of 12 at the foot and landscape pages when the table is wide. Put a Title above the table, such as Orders, September 2026, choose A4, Letter or A3 under Paper, and leave Shade every other row on, as it is by default, so long rows are easy to follow. For a workbook with formatting and charts, use Excel to PDF instead.
Upload several CSV files at once and they become One PDF, a bookmark per file: each table is headed by its file's name, and each page is turned the way its table needs, a narrow table upright and a wide one landscape in the same PDF. Under More options, Several files can make A PDF for each file instead, also delivered as a ZIP. Free accounts convert up to 20 files per task, and VIP up to 50. Commas, semicolons, tabs and pipes are recognised as separators and the encoding is detected, so UTF-8 and GBK files show their Chinese correctly, and More options also lets you pick the Text encoding or make the Text size smaller or larger. Codes with leading zeros like 00123 stay as written. To get data back out of a PDF table, use PDF to Excel.
How to use CSV to PDF

Choose or drop one or more .csv or .tsv files. Exports from Excel, WPS and most business software work.
- 2Add a title and pick the paper
Type a Title above the table if you like, choose the Paper, and click CSV to PDF.
- 3Download the PDF
Print it, attach it to an email or file it away. Several files come as one bookmarked PDF, or a PDF each in a ZIP.
