About Email to PDF
Email to PDF is for messages you need to keep or pass on as a document, like an order confirmation, a job offer, a complaint thread for a claim or an approval that has to go on file. Save the message as an .eml file from Gmail, Thunderbird, Apple Mail or another mail app, upload it here and you get a PDF. Upload a whole thread at once and, under Several emails, choose One PDF, in date order with a bookmark each, the way a mailbox is archived or handed over as evidence, or A PDF for each email, also bundled in a ZIP. In the single PDF the oldest email comes first, and each bookmark reads date · subject — sender. For a confirmation shown on a web page rather than in an email, HTML to PDF saves the page itself.
Each email starts with a header table showing From, To, Cc, Date and Subject, and lists every attachment with its size. The message keeps its own formatting and inline pictures, while remote images, tracking pixels included, aren't loaded. With Add attachments to the PDF on, attached photos get a page each, and attached PDFs, as well as Word, Excel and PowerPoint files printed to PDF, follow their email. An attachment that can't be printed is still listed in the header table. Free accounts convert up to 20 emails per task, and VIP up to 50.
How to use Email to PDF

In Gmail, open the message menu and choose Download message. Thunderbird and Apple Mail can save messages as .eml too.
- 2Upload the .eml files
Click Choose files or drop one email or a whole thread on the page.
- 3Choose attachments and layout
Leave Add attachments to the PDF on to include them, and for several emails pick One PDF, in date order with a bookmark each or A PDF for each email.
- 4Click Email to PDF
The messages are laid out on our server. Download the PDF, or the ZIP of PDFs, when it's ready.
Why use Cubfile for this
- Complete header block
From, To, Cc, date and subject appear at the top, like a printout from your mail app.
- Attachments included
Photos get a page each, and PDFs and Office files are added after their email. Anything else is listed by name and size.
- A thread in one PDF
Several emails merged oldest first, each with a bookmark showing its date, subject and sender.
- No tracking
Scripts and remote images are stripped, so the conversion never triggers tracking pixels, while inline pictures stay where they belong.
