About Word to PDF
Word to PDF is what you need when a job portal, a school system or a client asks for a PDF, or when you'd like to send a CV that nobody can edit by accident. Upload a DOCX, DOC, ODT or RTF file and you get a PDF with the same page size, margins, fonts and line breaks. If you ever need to edit the PDF again, PDF to Word turns it back into a DOCX.
The details that usually go wrong are handled. Pictures keep their size, a table of contents keeps its dotted leaders and right-aligned page numbers, and a document with several sections keeps each section's headers and footers, including a cover page without one and pages turned to landscape. Charts made in Word and a watermark set in Word carry over as well. There are no settings to choose. For spreadsheets, use Excel to PDF, which keeps charts, number formats and column widths.

Why use Cubfile for this
- Pages as you designed them
Page size, margins, headers and footers follow the original document, and page numbers are filled in.
- Table of contents intact
Dotted leaders and right-aligned page numbers in a Word table of contents survive the conversion.
- Sections and landscape pages
A cover page without a header, landscape sections and different headers per section come out as designed.
- Fonts embedded
Common Chinese and Western fonts, such as SimSun, SimHei, Times New Roman and Calibri, are matched and embedded in the PDF.
