About Online PPT Editor
The Online PPT Editor is a complete presentation program in one window. The slides are listed down the side — drag them to reorder, right-click to duplicate, hide or delete — with the slide being edited in the middle and its speaker notes underneath. New slides come from 10 layouts (title, title and content, two columns, comparison, section header, picture with caption, quote, big number and more), and you type straight into their placeholders; text boxes, 41 shapes, lines and arrows, pictures (cropped, rounded or round), tables (merged cells, banded rows) and 6 kinds of chart go anywhere. Double-click a chart to change its numbers, or paste them in from a spreadsheet.
Design has 12 themes that change every slide's colours, fonts and artwork at once; accents, heading and body fonts and each slide's background (solid, gradient or picture) can be changed on their own, and slides can be 16:9, 4:3, 16:10 or A4. Animate has 9 transitions and 16 animations (entrance, emphasis and exit) that start on click, with the previous one or after it, and slides can move on by themselves. Check finds text spilling out, text too small, colours too close, things off the slide, stretched pictures, crowded slides and titles out of line, and fixes what it can in one click; Tidy up makes fonts, titles, spacing and edges consistent and puts selected pictures in a grid.
Present from the start or from the current slide. The presenter view opens in another window with the current and next slide, your notes and a timer, and both windows stay in step; while presenting there is a laser pointer, a pen, black and white screens, jumping by slide number and an overview of every slide, and on a phone you swipe. .pptx files are opened and saved right in the browser (you are told what had to be simplified), and older formats such as .ppt are converted by this site only when you agree. Export PDF (with notes pages if you like), pictures of each slide, a long image, a Word handout or a Markdown outline, or send the presentation to this site's PowerPoint tools to turn it into Word, compress, protect or translate it. Presentations and their versions stay in your browser, with no account needed.

Why use Cubfile for this
- 10 layouts, 41 shapes
Title, two columns, comparison, section header, picture with caption, quote, big number and more; shapes, arrows, callouts, flowchart symbols, tables and 6 chart types.
- 12 themes, one click
Colours, fonts and artwork change together while the content stays; accents, fonts and backgrounds can be changed too, and any theme can go dark.
- Transitions and animations
9 transitions and 16 animations that start on click, with or after the previous one, with durations, order and timed slides, previewed as you edit.
- Presenter view
Another window shows the current and next slide, notes and a timer; presenting has a laser pointer, pen, black and white screens, jump-to-slide and an overview.
- Layout check and tidy-up
Finds overflowing, tiny or hard-to-read text, things off the slide, stretched pictures and misaligned titles; makes fonts, titles and spacing consistent.
- Opens and saves .pptx
.pptx read and written in your browser, charts with their data, notes, transitions and animations included; PDF, pictures, a long image and a Word handout too.
