About CBZ to PDF
CBZ to PDF is for comics, manga and scanned magazines that come as .cbz archives, which need a comic reader app, while a PDF opens in any browser, on any tablet and in most e-readers. Upload the .cbz, or a plain ZIP of pictures, and every image becomes a page, sorted the natural way so page 2 comes before page 10. Manga opens right to left: Reading direction follows the manga mark in the comic's ComicInfo, or you set it, and the PDF is set to read in that order. Chapter folders inside the archive become bookmarks, and the title and writer come from ComicInfo. Comics packed as RAR archives, with the .cbr extension, go through CBR to PDF.
Double-page spreads are kept whole, or cut into two pages in reading order without re-compressing the picture. With Pictures on Original (untouched), JPG pages go in byte for byte and other formats without loss, while Smaller file for phones shrinks the file, taking a test comic from 8 MB to 0.85 MB. Page size keeps each picture's own size or fits every page onto A4, with wide spreads on landscape pages. Several volumes can go in one task and come out as One PDF, a bookmark per comic, with each volume's chapters under its bookmark. A PDF for each comic is a VIP choice. To read the finished PDF on a Kindle, Convert for Kindle prepares it for your model's screen.
