About Translate PDF
Translate PDF documents without copying text into a translator and rebuilding the pages by hand. A supplier contract, a product manual, a research paper or a letter from an overseas office comes back in the language you pick, with every paragraph, table cell, header and footer in its original place. Page numbers stay as they are.
Choose the language under Translate to; the source language is detected for you. When a translation runs longer than the original, it first uses free space nearby and then gets slightly smaller, so it fits the space of the original. Scanned PDFs have no text layer, so run them through OCR PDF first. Machine translation is good for understanding and first drafts; for a contract you'll sign, have a fluent speaker check the wording.

Why use Cubfile for this
- Layout stays put
Each paragraph is replaced in its own box with the same alignment, so pages look like the original.
- Tables cell by cell
Table text is translated one cell at a time, so rows and columns stay intact.
- Headers and footers included
Running headers and footers are translated too, while bare page numbers are left alone.
- Source language detected
You don't need to say what language the PDF is in. It's worked out from the text.
