About PowerPoint to Word
PowerPoint to Word is for when PPT slides need to become a document, such as a handout for an audience, study notes from a lecture, a script to rehearse from, or a report built from a pitch deck. Upload a PPTX and you get a DOCX where each slide has a heading like Slide 3 followed by its title.
Pick a layout. Slide picture + its text shows the slide as an image with its text underneath, Text only gives you just the words, and Slide pictures only makes a picture handout. Bullet points become real Word bullet lists at the right level, tables become Word tables, and with Include speaker notes on, your notes follow each slide in grey.

Why use Cubfile for this
- Three layouts
Picture and text, text only, or pictures only, depending on what the handout is for.
- Speaker notes included
The notes of each slide follow it in the document, useful for rehearsing and revising.
- Real bullets and tables
Bullet levels are kept, and tables arrive as editable Word tables.
- One slide per page
With pictures, each slide starts a new page, so the handout prints neatly.
