About IP Location Lookup
The IP location finder is coming soon. It will place an IP address from your server logs, a comment form or an email header in its country, region and city, and name the network it belongs to. It needs an IP geolocation database, which is why it isn't open yet. Until then, IP WHOIS Lookup shows the organization, network range and registered country of any public address, and What Is My IP shows your own address and provider.
How to use IP Location Lookup
- 1Enter an IP address
Once the tool opens, paste an address from a log, a form or an email header.
- 2Read the location
You'll see the country, region, city and network for that address.
- 3Use IP WHOIS meanwhile
Until then, IP WHOIS Lookup shows who holds the address and where it's registered.
